Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges with any unused item that is in its original condition, within 14 days from the received date. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Once we receive the package, we will exchange the item for another.

Warranty Policy

LED Kits that do not require soldering -
Items that do not require soldering are warranted for a period of 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase. Items will need to be returned to us prior to sending replacements. Please email prior to sending product to us. You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending items to us.

LED Kits that require soldering -
Items that require soldering are warranted for a period of 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase. Due to the nature of this product, we must inspect the LEDs to determine if they can be replaced under warranty. We do not replace LEDs that have blown do to improper installation. Items will need to be returned to us prior to sending replacements. Please email prior to sending product to us. You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending items to us.

Installation Warranty -
