| The first thing we need to do is remove the cup holder.
This is done by lifting straight up. It is just held in
by a few clips.

Next
we need to remove the trim piece around the shifter. You
can use a flat head screw driver wrapped in some cloth
so it doesn't scratch anything. You may also be able to
use your hands to get this up. Just lift it up and out.

Lift
up on the emergency brake.

Now
we will take out the console trip piece. Start on the
back, and lift straight up. The whole thing is held in
by several clips. Lift up to unclip the two rear clips.

Next,
lift straight up in the middle section to unclip the center
set of clips.

Finally,
lift straight up on the front of the piece to unclip the
front set of clips. Start with the drivers side.

Then
the passengers side.

Remove
the console trim piece.

Here
is a picture with everything removed

To
the left you will see some wires going to the shift indicator.
follow the wires to the bulb holder. Remove the bulb holder
by twisting it 1/4 of a turn counter clockwise, and pulling
straight out. Put the wedge LED in and test. If it does
not light, turn the LED around. Once it is working, put
it back in, This can be a little tricky, because you have
to have the correct angle to put it back in.

Put
everything back together in the reverse order.
